Lamar odom and Khloe Kardashian are not completely over and done with.
The NBA star's filing from may today in a Los Angeles Superior Court, reiterating that "irreconcilable differences" was the reason for the dissolution of marriage, but also requests that the judge deny the court's ability to award Khloe with spousal support.

The court documents,  also state that Odom has requested all attorney fees and costs be paid by Khloe.
In late May,star went forward with the divorce after putting it on hold to tend to his health needs. Khloe's attorney Laura Wasser went into court and asked the judge to withdraw the divorce petition that was awaiting a judge's signature. 

The judge granted the petition and the divorce case was over.
 "Khloe is looking forward to moving on."
The pair first filed for divorce in December 2013, but as you might remember, Khloe famously called it off in October of last year. "Khloe thinks this was the right thing to do right now."
